Meaghan Moore is the Director of Programs and External Relations at Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario, where she leads family programming, hospital partnerships, and community engagement to support families with seriously ill children. With a Ronald McDonald House in Hamilton, and Family Rooms in McMaster Children’s Hospital and Marotta Family Hospital, Meaghan and the team support families from across South Central Ontario. In her role, Meaghan blends leadership and storytelling, helping translate impact into meaningful support for families.
