Rotary Waterloo was blessed to have Carol Parsons be our president for the past 2 years. Leading our club out of the Covid pandemic and bringing stability to our club. After 2 years it was time to pass the torch to our new club president Isaac Oluwagbemi who without doubt will be a great President for our club. Issacs first order of business was to award Carol Parsons the highest honor a Rotarian can get the Paul Harris Award. Congratulations Carol well deserved.
