Rotary Waterloo had our Club assembly January 29 2024 and it turned into a great night of memories shared and awards given. Our friends at Wonders of Winter a Festival of Lights in Waterloo Park were recognized with a Paul Harris Award for their countless hours of service to provide the Festival of lights in Waterloo Park.
